RECYCLING
Look for the white recycle bins throughout the complex.
"Did you know that Americans represent 5% of the world’s
population yet use more than 40% of its resources?"

PLTC RECYCLING BIN INSTRUCTIONS
Water usage at Point Loma Tennis Club (PLTC) is
measured on common meters, not by individual unit. As a
result, it is difficult to identify (and charge) heavy water
users in the complex.

The Point Loma Tennis Club Neighborhood Watch group is
intended to make our residence a safer and better place to
live.  We meet on occasion to discuss ways to improve our
community, and we participate in National Neighborhood
Watch (
NNWI.org).

We encourage monthly participation with the San Diego
Police Dept.  Anyone interested in participating should
contact the office.  Neighborhood Watch holds monthly
meetings for volunteers on various subjects related to crime,
safety and improved neighborhoods.

Sign up for the Neighborhood eWatch. This service will
enable you to receive automatic reports about crime in our
area. Remember, it is up to us to make our community a
safer and better place to live by getting to know our
neighbors, reporting suspicious persons and behaviors, and
standing up for our community.

REPORTING RUNNING WATER ISSUES

  • Call the office and report the leak or water problem.

  • Office staff will assess the complaint.

  • If it’s a leak in the walls PLTC will contact and pay for a
plumber to respond and make necessary repairs.

  • If it’s a minimal sink or toilet repair i.e. replace rubber
washers, seals, or flappers the office can schedule an
appointment for the maintenance staff to asses or repair
between the hours of 2:00-4:00pm. You will then be
    charged for parts and labor.

  • If it’s determined that a faucet, garbage disposal, toilet,
dishwasher etc needs to be replaced, then it becomes the
owner’s responsibility to make the repairs. The office can
suggest a plumber or the owner of the unit can make other
arrangements with maintenance staff after hours.
